    We send a delivery reminder the morning of and again when your order is en route. If you need to make a change, please message us in the morning.

  • Jar Exchange

    Lightly rinse your jars for us to clean and sanitize. Prepare your jars and bag to exchange on your next delivery. Pro-tip: Leave jars with doorman for easy exchange.

  • Enjoy Meals All Week Along

    Ready in your fridge when you are! Pour out the top layer of lettuce, put lid back on, shake well, and serve. Remember, some bowls are meant to be heated.

How does Casa Ensalada work?

We deliver fresh, chef-crafted meals straight to your door every week. Order by Friday at 3 PM and get your meals delivered Monday or Tuesday. You can choose one-time purchases or set your weekly order on autopilot for a hassle-free experience.

Do I have to subscribe to order?

Nope! You can order salads one at a time or set up a subscription for a weekly delivery of your favorites to make it even easier to set it and forget it.

Is there a deadline for placing orders?

Yes. Place your order by Friday at 3 PM for delivery the following week (as early as Monday).

By ordering ahead, you help us know exactly how much produce to harvest from the earth to deliver to your fridge within 48 hours.

Healthy intention and execution is at the root of our mission.

Can I modify or pause my subscription?

Absolutely! You can modify, pause, or update your order anytime before Friday at 3 PM. Don't worry, we'll send you reminders and you can make these changes via Whatsapp in the click of a button or by logging into your Casa Ensalada account.

Can I change my salad selections each week?

Yes! Whether you’re on autopilot or ordering one-time, you can update your selections before Friday at 3 PM.

I’m a new customer. When will I get my first order?

Orders placed Monday–Friday by 3 PM → Delivered the following Monday.

Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday–Sunday) → Delivered the week after next.

How much is delivery?

Orders of 4+ salads = Free delivery

Orders of 3 or fewer = $70 MXN delivery fee

When will my meals be delivered?

Deliveries happen on Monday or Tuesday, based on your preferred delivery window.

Are the jars sanitized before reuse?

Yes! All returned jars go through a thorough professional sanitization process before being reused.

Is Casa Ensalada Vegan/Vegetarian Friendly?

Yes! Many of our meals offer Vegetarian/Vegan options. See them all with the "Dietary Preferences" filter.

Are your ingredients organic/local?

We believe fresh is best! 🌱 That’s why we source our ingredients locally from trusted Mexican farmers and suppliers—like our Tianguis King, Farmer Marco, who harvests your produce fresh every Saturday. While not all of our ingredients are certified organic, we prioritize high-quality, responsibly grown produce that’s as fresh as it gets.
